I got an email from someone called Amanda about featuring this Kickstarter project on Tee Reviewer and I thought that it was a little odd. It started off like this:

What do you think of t-shirt kickstarter projects? Hopefully there’s not a lot of hate there and with that you might be inclined to share our Captain Feline tees…?

Why would I have a set opinion about t-shirt Kickstarter projects. Shouldn’t I judge each on its own merit?

Anyway this particular project is not bad. The designs are not to my taste but I think that there is a market out there for cats as pop culture characters. I’m more of a dog person but I’m still not sure they would be for me if a canine variety had been created.

As I post this they are well over half way towards their funding goal of $4,500 with just about 15 days left out of 30. I think it stands a decent chance of getting funded.
