WACOM Timed Tournament Winners at Design by Humans

Hero T-Shirt

Design by Humans collaborated with WACOM recently in a timed t-shirt design contest. There were cash and WACOM tablet prizes. Pretty sweet and useful for digital artists too.

  • 1st Place: $1500 + Intuos5 medium wireless
  • 2nd Place: $1250 + Bamboo Create Tablet
  • 3rd Place: $1000 + Bamboo Splash Tablet

Kdeuce got first prize with the very dark samurai image above. You can get it for $15 today.

Second place went to Cadzart and as you can see it was a very dark piece too.

Rise of a Hero T-Shirt

And third place by Pinkstorm is also quite dark. I’m not even sure what it is but I like the artwork. I think all of the tees are too scary for my daughter so I wouldn’t wear them.

I wonder if the time constrictions influenced the artistic style.
